You’ll oversee and coordinate high-quality, person-centred care for elderly residents, lead a small team of support workers, and collaborate with a dedicated and supportive management team to ensure optimal resident outcomes. You will be working for an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service on South Austrlaia's Far West Coast. Care is holistic and community-led, blending clinical practice with prevention, education, and cultural safety.
